A component is rendered on this site only where its registry's own licence permits it, from the source the registry item hands over. Nothing on a page with one of those pictures loads the registry's site.

An item is free when its item endpoint returns the source. The crawl fetches the exact URL the install command fetches, and a 401 is how a paid registry announces itself. An item nothing answered for stays unverified, and unverified is never counted as free.
